Last weekend Stacey and I started our vegetable garden. We planted: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, miniature bell pepper (red, yellow, and purple), soybeans, fennel, dill, basil, and strawberries. YUM!
You crazy Californians!!! I won't be planting a garden until late LATE May!!! Our final frost warning here is usually June 7th....I risk everything and put the tomatoes in at the end of May. Isn't that RIDICULOUS!!??? x
That's crazy! It's easy to forget around here that the rest of the country is still barely emerging from winter. I'm sending some warm-weather thoughts your way for a frost-free planting this year. :)
