One year wedding anniversary!

We decided to spend our one year anniversary the same way we did last year at this time -- in the redwoods! I'd seen some pretty photos of Fern Canyon in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, and we decided that would be a good place to celebrate our first year of being married. The drive was long, so we stopped in Van Damm State Park on the first night, then continued on up the coast. The area north of Eureka is breathtakingly beautiful. The redwood forests are even more majestic than the ones down near us, and the coast is rugged and mostly un-developed. Here are a few snapshots from the weekend:
